With a consistent focus on social justice, I have led capacity building strategies, designed nationally recognized programs and created innovative grant making initiatives for over 20 years. Well known examples include Raíces, a four-state rural Latinx capacity building initiative; the PhDX Fellowship; the Unicorn Fund; the Disinfo Defense League; and the Digital Equity Leadership Lab . In addition to my leadership roles, I consult on various city initiatives, design workshops and often provide trainings.I am the founder of ACD Consulting LLC, a certified M/WBE in Baltimore City. Additionally, I am a member of the Colemena Colllective, where I also serve as the in-house Futurist.Learn more here.
